Loans to Purchase a New or Used Mobile Home
Murphy Bank never charges any prepayment penalties on your mobile home loan. You choose whether your loan is fully amortized to zero or has a balloon payment. We offer buy-down rates and bimonthly payment programs that have rate reductions. We also offer an automatic payment service.
To help you get started, we have several categories of loan packages depending on the year your home was built and your Fico credit score.

To start the application process, feel free to give us a call or stop by our Fig Garden Village branch in Fresno. We'd be happy to help you in person, answer any questions and discuss current interest rates.
Or you can print the Mobile Home Application form using the link below. The form is an Adobe Acrobat document that will open on your computer. To print the form, after it opens click on "File" and select "Print" option from the menu. Then you can fill out the form and fax or mail it to us. However you choose to get started, we look forward to hearing from you!
All loans must be supported by tax returns and verification of income. We do not offer "No Doc" loans.
