Mobile Home Loans for Home Improvements, Debt Consolidation, or to Cash Out
There are a lot of reasons you, as a mobile home owner, might want to turn some of the equity you have in your home into cash. Home improvements and debt consolidation are two of the most popular reasons. And we’re here to help.
To help you get started, we have several different loan packages depending on the year your home was built and your Fico credit score.

Loan terms vary between 10 to 25 years depending upon amount financed and qualifications.
Mobile/manufactured home loans with real estate are subject to escrow and title costs. All approved loans are subject to a loan fee, Department of Housing transfer fee, and processing fee. There is no appraisal fee in most cases. No up front costs are charged to potential borrowers at the time your application is being processed. Loan costs are only charged when your loan has closed.

Or you can print the Mobile Home Application form using the link below. The form is an Adobe Acrobat document that will open on your computer. To print the form, after it opens click on "File" and select "Print" option from the menu. Then you can fill out the form and fax or mail it to us. However you choose to get started, we look forward to hearing from you!
All loans must be supported by tax returns and verification of income. We do not offer "No Doc" loans.
